We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at Pottery Barn. In this role, you will work closely with our Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer to provide support and coordination for merchandise categories across all sales channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Order and track photo samples, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
* Coordinate the movement of merchandise throughout the photo process, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
* Input, proof, and analyze data for merchandising management, providing insights to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and develop best-in-class merchandising strategies

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree required
* Previous experience in merchandising preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
