Job Description for Assembly Production Specialist

Royal Technologies is seeking an experienced Assembly Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and quality control, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Operations: Ensure that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently, with minimal downtime or delays.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage the receipt and storage of raw materials, as well as the distribution of finished goods.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including manufacturing, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

The Assembly Production Specialist will be responsible for printing paperwork and labels, supplying raw materials, completing final product audits, and performing standard comparisons and scanning functions for machines and operators. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a production or quality control role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skillset: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Royal Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a salary, benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
