As a key member of the Royal Technologies team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. In this position, you will be responsible for auditing assembly operations, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.

  • You will print paperwork and labels, supply raw materials, and remove finished goods while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • You will schedule and organize work based on established priorities, ensuring seamless production processes.
  • When issues arise, you will escalate them to the relevant teams, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
  • You will follow standardized work procedures and maintain a steady pace to prevent production interruptions.
  • You will work closely with the shift supervisor to monitor the shop floor and suggest improvements as needed.
  • You will maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Additionally, you will operate hi-lo equipment safely and efficiently, with the option to learn and improve your skills as needed.
