**Key Responsibilities**

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

  • Process Improvement: Utilize KPIs, customer feedback, and operational insights to drive process enhancements and cost reductions.
  • Product Launch: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal risk and maximum quality.
  • Advanced Manufacturing: Champion new technologies and systems, driving innovation and continuous improvement within our manufacturing processes.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • ISO quality system and lean manufacturing experience/training; strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Ability to operate PC, Word, Excel, SolidWorks, Minitab software; travel on a limited basis may be required.

**Working Conditions & Benefits**

This is a full-time position, working mostly in an office environment with occasional light manufacturing exposure. You will enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment with a low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting. Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
