Job Responsibilities:

  • To determine optimal methods and processes for manufacturing company products.
  • Coordination of activities with other departments, such as R&D, production control, and purchasing.
  • To lead Kaizen Activities to improve first time quality through appropriate Poka-yoke fixturing and cell layout.
  • To drive innovation with Process and Design utilizing state-of-the-art assembly and design techniques.
  • To work as part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 7 years related experience.
  • ISO quality system and lean manufacturing experience/training.
  • Knowledge and understanding of overall functions and operations of a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
