Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will:

- Assist in assessing patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
- Conduct routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety; take appropriate corrective actions

If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to connect:

- BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credential obtained prior to hire or transfer
- High school diploma or GED
