Business Operations Assistant

Our team consists of experienced professionals specializing in Division 10 products and skilled carpenters who handle various tasks such as trim packages, cabinet installations, and commercial door and hardware installation.
Main Responsibilities- Receive and direct clients and visitors to our office.
- Purchase necessary office supplies and building materials.
- Handle phone calls, distribute messages, and respond promptly.
- Process mail, scan, and deliver it to relevant departments.
- Maintain an adequate stock of marketing materials and print/distribute as needed.
- Assist new hires in completing their onboarding process.
- Enter invoices into our accounting system.
- Efficiently process new vendor credit applications.
- Record transactions related to Lowes/Home Depot and company credit cards.
- Prepare and receive FedEx shipments.
- Procure business cards for office and field personnel.
- Update monthly meter readings for our RJ Young copier.
- Keep company phone directories current.
