About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Volt.

Job Description
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing security identification badges and access media for airport employees, tenants, and contractors.
  • You will also handle deactivations and recoveries of security badges and access media when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate information in the ProWatch system is crucial for your success in this position.
  • You will manage the fingerprinting process for security identification badges and access media applicants.
  • Daily checks of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Clearinghouse and Fingerprint Results Distribution websites are a must.
  • You will collect results from TSA-approved channeling clients.
  • Verification and processing of identification documents according to TSA regulations is essential.
  • You will perform various administrative functions such as file management and record-keeping.
  • Submitting fingerprints to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) for filing, background checks, and verification is also part of your responsibilities.
  • Issuing vehicle ramp decals to employees, tenants, and contractors is another important task.
  • You will serve as a TSA trusted agent collecting and transmitting biographical and biometric information.
  • Issuing keys to gate guards, police officers, and construction contractors is an additional responsibility.
  • You will handle invoices, credit, and check payments from customers for services and parking.
  • Auditing security identification badges/access media on an annual basis is crucial for compliance.
  • You will conduct periodic audits of records.
  • Setting up and maintaining training schedules for Interactive Employee Training (IET) center is also part of your duties.
  • Auditing criminal history record check findings and recommending further review of eligibility for a security badge is essential.
  • You will prepare testing booklets and supplies for Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) courses.
  • Identifying environmental hazards and addressing them according to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations is critical.
  • You will assist in developing and maintaining procedural manuals to ensure compliance with TSA regulations.
  • Maintaining badging equipment is an ongoing responsibility.
Requirements
  • Experience guiding/supporting new employees in secure environments is highly valued.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $25-$26 per hour.
