We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to join our team at Booz Allen. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely performance, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to drive innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with IT executives, business product owners, developers, and functional managers to identify and mitigate risks, and drive them to resolution.
  • Manage vendors, including subcontractor management, and support large innovation and integration platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with Cloud technologies and infrastructure, and maintain Scrum Master Certification.
Requirements
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with managing all aspects of large and complex projects, executing in Agile methodologies, and using Jira.
  • Ability to identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution.
