About the Role:

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Cardiac Diagnostics division. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our company's products within a defined geographic territory.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote our products to hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Analyze sales figures and reports to identify customer needs and develop action plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Determine customer needs and goals by meeting with physicians and hospital personnel to discuss product usage and types of cases handled.
  • Establish pricing packages to address customer needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions or working with other personnel to develop optimal solutions.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key purchasing decision makers and facilitate future sales.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products through presentations and demonstrations.

What We're Looking for in You:

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and equivalent field clinical/sales experience. A minimum of 2+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience is required. Experience selling cardiac monitoring equipment or cardiac related devices is preferred.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to discuss software algorithms.
  • History and relationships with key players in the cardiac monitoring industry.

Compensation:

The anticipated annualized base salary for this full-time position is $70,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including core and optional benefits.
