The Contractor Consultants is looking for a committed and proficient Construction Worker / Site Supervisor to enhance our workforce. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for directing and engaging in various construction initiatives, ensuring that all tasks adhere to our stringent standards of excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Oversight: Manage daily activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is executed safely, punctually, and within financial constraints.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of craftsmanship by reviewing completed work and confirming compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any challenges or barriers that may occur during the construction process, implementing effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support construction personnel, fostering a safe and productive work atmosphere.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and open lines of communication with clients, architects, and the project team, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries.
  • Documentation: Keep thorough records of project advancements, including daily logs, material usage, and labor hours.
  • Equipment Oversight: Understand and manage the utilization of construction machinery, including excavators and concrete mixers.
  • Multi-Project Management: Efficiently oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all are completed to the highest standards.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a construction worker or site supervisor in both residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations.
  • Familiarity with construction equipment, including excavators and concrete mixers.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and environments.

Work Schedule:
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
