Reports to: Director of Business Development

Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly + Commissions

Hourly Compensation Range: $24.55-$33.21


Overview:

The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in generating revenue through the acquisition of new client service agreements for Flores Financial Services Inc. This position is crucial for achieving revenue targets and fostering new business opportunities. The Sales Associate embodies the essence of long-term client relationships and formulates strategies that resonate with the Company's mission and objectives. A commitment to exceptional customer service is paramount, as is the ability to excel in a dynamic sales environment.


New Business Acquisition and Sales Closure:
  • Identify and analyze potential clients through diverse channels (online networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Secure new business and finalize sales in alignment with customer satisfaction and organizational goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Develop, assess, and report on the sales strategy.
  • Close new business transactions by crafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Comprehend pricing structures to effectively meet both business and client requirements.
  • Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for Flores and prospective clients.

Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing strategies.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales growth.
  • Provide insights to the marketing team based on client interactions and market observations.

Networking:

  • Participate in networking events to discover and pursue new business prospects.
  • Initiate outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain a database of potential clients and industry contacts.
  • Enhance Flores' social media presence across various platforms.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and onboarding teams to ensure seamless service integration.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting client events.
  • Understand client needs and customize services accordingly.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of company services to potential clients.
  • Exceed expectations by providing exceptional service in all interactions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate pipeline and revenue target reports for the Director of Business Development.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales processes.
  • Develop client progress reports and maintain regular communication regarding status updates.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to enhance market share.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt sales strategies as necessary.

Customer Service:

  • Provide support to new clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards and overall satisfaction.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of HR and Accounting principles, financial markets, and the analysis of financial data.

Project Management:

  • Demonstrate project management skills and the ability to work with status dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
  • Leverage resources and information channels to gain insights into client needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Uphold client confidentiality.
  • Travel as necessary.
