Position Summary:

The Enrollment Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting and assessing potential candidates for various music-related programs, guiding them through the registration process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to meet enrollment targets within specified timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass established enrollment objectives.
  • Engage in recruitment activities, including student orientations, open houses, and outreach initiatives.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Musicians Institute's programs to effectively recruit diverse prospective students, including domestic, international, and veteran students.
  • Maintain a consistent start rate from application to enrollment on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in high-volume admissions or recruitment sales.
  • Familiarity with guitars and contemporary music is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and integrity in all job functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Enjoy working with a diverse student body and staff in a collaborative environment.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Music Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a readiness to learn new software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
