Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Too Good To Go. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and reducing food waste in the US market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the US market, primarily through cold calling and in-person visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and independent food retailers.
- Introduce potential partners to the world of Too Good To Go, train them on how to use the app, and advise them on finding the best possible solution for food waste.
- Work with the team to execute city-specific launch strategies, including researching expansion markets, identifying decision-makers, and generating interest for Too Good To Go.
- Expert relationship builders who can quickly assess a new market, connect with potential local partners, and empathize with their needs.
- Confident cold-callers who can make high volumes of calls and present our proposition with clarity and passion.
- Excellent listeners and communicators who know how to ask the right questions to identify a prospect's needs.
- Proactive business development professionals who can prioritize workload, communicate clearly and openly with their manager, and achieve consistent and impact-focused performance.
- 30-40% of the role is travel-based, launching Too Good To Go in brand new markets.
