About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at E&M Electric and Machinery, a global leader in industrial automation software. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and driving new business opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and finding solutions using our expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Leverage existing relationships to introduce new solutions to our large installed base.
  • Represent E&M Electric and Machinery at industry events and conferences, interacting with customers and industry experts.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and enjoy recognition for your success.
  • Log sales activities in our CRM system to track progress.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and needs.

Requirements:

  • Software experience, including familiarity with software engineering tools and performance solutions.
  • Self-motivation, energy, and a drive to continuously educate yourself.
  • Personal motivation and a liking for people and sales.
  • Computer literacy and some technical knowledge in IT, networking, or industrial automation.
  • Organized documentation of sales activity and a commitment to meeting targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.

Estimated Salary: $90,000-$130,000 per year
