Job Summary
As a Strategic Account Representative at D and H Distributing Co, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This customer-facing sales role requires a strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Develop and present business plans to senior leadership and customers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
