About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to lead our Business Escrow Services team in strategy and execution. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer retention targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Lead a team of professionals in executing transactions and managing client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for new verticals, product features, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped to meet evolving customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on business development and client relationships.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
