Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Homeland Security Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing our team's activities, including subcontractors, to meet ongoing operations, project, and deliverable requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multi-disciplined technical team of up to 200 FTEs located throughout CONUS locations to meet ongoing operations, project, and deliverable requirements.
- Grow ManTech's revenue base through winning additional task orders.
- Oversee contract performance and resource allocation.
- Serve as a point of contact on programs between ManTech and the customer.
- Approach recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top technical and management talent.
- Translate business objectives into technical execution strategies and execute through strong collaboration and agile leadership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with CBP's Office of Information and Technology (OIT) and Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD).
- Manage technical teams that procure, deploy, and maintain license plate readers (LPR), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) readers, biometric systems, signage, and mobile technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT, engineering, or science discipline and 6+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Familiarity with the Business Development and Capture process.
- Exceptional communication, team building, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and switch between assignments quickly.
- Agile or Project Management certification desired.
- Master's degree or higher.
- Previous Senior Executive Service (SES) experience at DHS.
- Familiarity with the Shipley process.
- Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Office work, typically sedentary with some movement around the office.
