Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and development of store talent, including direct recruiting, collaboration with the Recruiting Department, training new team members, and creating ongoing development plans for store associates.
  • Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to ensure all staff members meet their goals.
  • Communicate effectively and establish a strong partnership with the Support Center and Human Resources.
  • Perform basic customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite the delivery of eyeglasses, ensuring customer orders are accurate and timely.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld in the lab area, and inform management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
  • Monitor delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Key Qualifications

  • You possess an associate's degree or have 2 years of experience in store management.
  • A valid ABO/NCLE Certification as required by state law is preferred. You must be willing to obtain certification within your first year of employment.
  • You have demonstrated leadership capabilities with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You possess the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
  • You can multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
  • You are knowledgeable about talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes.
