Job Summary

We are seeking a Store Manager - Brand Ambassador to lead our store team and drive business growth. As a Brand Ambassador, you will act as a representative of our organization, building and guiding high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting, training, and ongoing development plans for store associates.
  • Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and the Support Center.
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff members are achieving desired goals.
  • Communicate effectively with the Support Center and Human Resources.
  • Execute customer repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and notify management of equipment malfunctions.
  • Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
  • Valid ABO/NCLE Certification (or willingness to earn within the first year of employment).
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Effective communication and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes.
