Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting, training, and ongoing development plans for store associates.
  • Build strong partnerships with clinical services and support center teams.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals.
  • Communicate effectively with the support center and human resources teams.
  • Execute customer repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and notify management of equipment malfunctions or incomplete orders.
  • Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or 2 years of store management experience.
  • Valid ABO/NCLE Certification (or willingness to earn within the first year of employment).
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes.
