Key Responsibilities- Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting, training, and ongoing development plans for store associates.
- Build strong partnerships with clinical services and support center teams.
- Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals.
- Communicate effectively with the support center and human resources teams.
- Execute customer repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and notify management of equipment malfunctions or incomplete orders.
- Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
- Associate's degree or 2 years of store management experience.
- Valid ABO/NCLE Certification (or willingness to earn within the first year of employment).
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes.
