Key Responsibilities:

  • Recipe Execution: Read and understand Crumbl recipes, measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Take responsibility for the operation of the store, train bakers and shift leads, maintain the store's cleanliness, cookie quality, and customer service.
  • Leadership: Teach and enforce Crumbl policies and rules, contact frustrated customers and resolve problems, and show shift leads how to properly run their shift.
  • Team Collaboration: Work side by side with all crew members to ensure quality of each area of responsibility.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for the majority of the day.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of retail/food management experience
  • Ability to work weekends (excluding Sundays)
