We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our Portfolio Solutions team as the Global Head of Sales. This is a high-profile leadership position that will play a key role in driving revenue growth and developing our sales capabilities across the globe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To optimize sales resources across a global geographic footprint and across a variety of outsourced solutions for both asset owners and asset managers.
  • To drive global sales team revenue production in order to meet budgeted growth targets across existing and mature businesses and new growth initiatives.
  • To cultivate and strengthen our talent by ensuring appropriate training to assist them meet their core job expectations.
  • To create and monitor annual performance priorities and quantifiable metrics to continually assess performance of both managers and individual contributors across the global sales team.
