Job Title: Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator

Northern California Behavioral Health System is seeking a skilled and empathetic Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator to join our team. As a Per Diem Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assessing patients' eligibility for admission to our programs and ensuring a smooth transition into care. Your responsibilities will include coordinating intake procedures, gathering necessary information from patients and their families, and making recommendations for treatment planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate intake procedures for patients, including scheduling appointments and collecting necessary documentation
  • Gather information from patients and their families to inform treatment planning decisions
  • Make recommendations for treatment planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of admissions and discharges

Requirements:
  • Curent RN licensure in California
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health or related field
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and current treatment protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $45-$60 per hour
