**Job Title:** Behavioral Health Services Coordinator

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year

**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Services Coordinator to join our team at Turning Point Community Programs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing person-centered treatment plans that promote wellness and reduce propensity for recidivism.

The successful candidate will have a master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and two years of experience as a provider of mental health services. You will work closely with clients, hospitals, and community providers to ensure smooth transitions and provide holistic case management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Coordinate intakes and respond to referral requests
  • Maintain client records and complete required documentation
  • Support clients' medication therapy and daily functioning
  • Interact productively within the team to provide holistic case management services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Two years of experience as a provider of mental health services
  • Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
  • California driver's license and current vehicle insurance/registration
