About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Guest Advocate. As a key member of our small format team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring a seamless shopping journey, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a well-stocked, visually appealing sales floor, ensuring a consistent shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Support daily/weekly workload to drive sales growth, achieve business priorities, and deliver on sales goals.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including product placement, signage, and display maintenance.
  • Conduct weekly price change workload, ensuring accurate pricing and signage across all departments.
  • Complete scans and system audit functions to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support major transitions, ISM, and other business initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, resolving questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
