The Smith is an extremely popular casual neighborhood brasserie. Our menu features bistro classics, seasonal fare, and craft cocktails. Our signature lively atmosphere makes The Smith a versatile setting for an after-work bite, drinks on the town, a birthday bash, a working lunch, a bountiful brunch, or an I-don't-want-to-cook-tonight night.

The Bartender Role

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome each guest who sits at the bar.
  • Guide guests through their experience by offering specials, recommending cocktails, and providing suggestions
  • Say yes Always try to find a way to accommodate a request.
  • Pay special attention to the bar and ensure that it is always clean
  • Prepare beverages for guests at the bar and guests in the dining room following standard recipes.
  • Maintain a responsible service of alcohol.
  • Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members.
  • Observe the entire dining experience ensuring that every meal and every moment exceeds expectations
  • Full-time open availability is required.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.5/hr + Tips
