Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Officer to join our team at Clarity of South Central Indiana. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for promoting the mission and message of our organization through personal contacts, public appearances, and fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet funding needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community leaders.
- Coordinate and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Manage and analyze development data to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in fundraising, special events, donor communication, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in fundraising and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
