As the Director of Organizational Learning, you will be responsible for shaping a vision for enterprise-wide employee learning by developing statewide employee learning strategies and delivering employee training initiatives to tens of thousands of Commonwealth executive department employees.

- 10 years' experience in senior-level leadership roles, managing progressive and innovative learning initiatives and organizational learning teams
- Demonstrated and successful management experience overseeing cross-functional teams that have defined and delivered large enterprise visions for learning
- Successful experience leading and operationalizing a world-class learning management system to engage and upskill employees, as well as to manage, deliver, and report on statewide employee compliance training
- Expertise in developing and delivering virtual and in-person training plans and programs
- Expert development and delivery of substantive presentations to executive-level audiences
- Experienced in defining and deploying measurable success metrics for training/development
- Practical use of adult learning benchmarks to define learning objectives and success metrics
- Experience working in the government, academic or nonprofit sectors is a plus
- Applicants must have at least (A) six (6) years of full-time or, equivalent part-time, professional, administrative, supervisory, or managerial experience in business administration, business management, public administration, public management, clinical administration or clinical management of which (B) at least two (2) years must have been in a supervisory or managerial capacity or (C) any equivalent combination of the required experience and substitutions below
- A certificate in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required (A) experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for two (2) years of the required (A) experience
- A Graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for three (3) years of the required (A) experience
- A Doctorate degree in a related field may be substituted for four (4) years of the required (A) experience
