  1. Comprehend the mechanical principles and operations of tramways, tows, surface lifts, and conveyors.
  2. Conduct daily inspections of all lift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  3. Maintain accurate and thorough records of lift maintenance activities.
  4. Familiarity with ANSI B-77 standards.
  5. Utilize repair manuals and maintenance documentation effectively.
  6. Diagnose and repair lift systems under challenging conditions.
  7. Operate and maintain communication equipment.
  8. Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring efficient resource use.
  9. Meet performance objectives as established by management.
Safety Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize appropriate safety gear for all tasks.
  2. Identify and rectify safety hazards within the maintenance department.
  3. Safely operate snowmobiles across varied terrains.
  4. Adhere to the Dodge Ridge Safety Plan.
