Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager In-Training to join our team. As a District Manager In-Training, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail stores and developing the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful District Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of multiple retail stores
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
  • Lead and manage a team of store managers and staff
  • Collaborate with regional directors and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store managers and staff

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail store operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
