Customer Service Representative Opportunity
Door Pro America, a leading provider of high-quality residential garage doors, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to assist our valued customers. As the first point of contact, you will handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
