The Electrical Controls Field Supervisor will utilize their expertise in mechanical, electrical, and industrial control systems to ensure operational reliability and safety for all team members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of technicians in the daily operations involving inspection, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery.
  • Conduct inspections and perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on PLCs and VFD motor controls.
  • Oversee and execute effective troubleshooting of electrical power, control, and mechanical systems to reduce downtime during failures.
  • Evaluate failures to propose solutions or enhanced methods to prevent future occurrences.
  • Engage with clients to offer suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of service and installation activities by completing necessary forms, reports, and inspection checklists.
  • Build and maintain customer trust through prompt responses and effective repairs in a cost-efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Formal education and experience in electrical controls, particularly with Allen & Bradley PLCs.
  • Previous experience in routine and emergency service repairs for overhead cranes.
  • Ability to successfully pass a thorough background check and random drug screenings.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

This is a hands-on, full-time role primarily during standard daytime hours, with occasional after-hours availability required for emergency situations.
