Position Overview

The Program Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring optimal client care within our organization. Collaborating closely with the Program Director, the Client Care Supervisor is responsible for facilitating timely and effective services for our clients. This involves managing pre-enrollment processes, overseeing annual renewals, and supervising support staff. Attention to detail in documentation and processes is essential. Proficiency in company software is required for this role.


Building strong relationships with clients, guardians, and support staff is our top priority.


This is a full-time position based in an office environment, with occasional travel required. Compensation is commensurate with experience and expertise, with opportunities for career advancement and salary growth within the organization.
