Role Summary:
The Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care and overseeing all unit functions during the assigned shift. Collaborating with the management team, the CNC directs and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established protocols, serving as a resource for staff and embodying the organization's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver customized, high-quality patient care.
- Uphold core values in interactions with colleagues, patients, and the community to foster an engaged work environment.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor resources in line with patient care needs.
- Inspire commitment to the organization's mission and positively represent the organization in the community.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree).
- Active Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi-State RN Compact License (Texas RN License required within 90 days of hire).
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- Minimum of two years of healthcare experience; BSN and three years of experience preferred.
