About the Role
The Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and overseeing all operational functions within the unit during their shift. This role involves collaboration with management to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care according to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Facilitate efficient admission and discharge processes to enhance patient care.
  • Engage in ongoing assessments of care quality in collaboration with the management team.
  • Foster a teamwork environment to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery as needed.
  • Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure adherence to productivity guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory control and assist in managing supplies and equipment.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • A degree in nursing (Associate or Bachelor) or a Registered Nurse Diploma.
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience.
  • No travel requirements.
