Key Responsibilities:
The Registrar will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining accurate student records and ensuring compliance with educational regulations.
  • Overseeing student enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals.
  • Managing the student information system (SIS) to ensure data integrity.
  • Generating reports and lists as required by administration.
  • Facilitating communication with families regarding academic schedules and student progress.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a registrar or educational administrative role.
  • Strong computer proficiency and experience with data management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

General Duties:
As part of the role, the Registrar will:
  • Manage the integration of student data with college guidance systems.
  • Oversee academic data management, including schedule changes and transcript requests.
  • Assist students in identifying academic support services as needed.
  • Coordinate the distribution of graduation materials.

All candidates must successfully complete background checks and adhere to the Diocese of Dallas Safe Environment Program. Candidates must also be authorized to work in the United States.
