At REEDS Jewelers, we're seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations on jewelry products
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction


Requirements:




  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven sales experience and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
