About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at the Pittsburgh Tanger Outlet. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving retail excellence, and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our clients.
  • Drive retail excellence by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on sales trends and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
