Position Overview:
This role involves the delivery and installation of beverage dispensing systems as required. The technician will be responsible for handling large equipment, ensuring proper setup, and maintaining all necessary documentation related to the installation and removal of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload both new and refurbished beverage dispensers for daily service.
- Install beverage systems from beginning to end, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Conduct repairs and perform preventative maintenance on beverage dispensing equipment.
- Provide customers with guidance on basic maintenance and repair procedures.
- Accurately collect and document equipment information.
- Maintain tools, parts, and equipment in good working order.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Complete all required documentation and maintain precise records for each service call.
- Transport various items as needed, including equipment for repair or recycling.
- Adjust beverage mixes to meet product specifications.
- Foster positive relationships with customers.
- Exhibit regular and dependable attendance.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age; 21 or older if a CDL is required.
- Possession of a valid CDL license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and road test (if applicable).
- Compliance with DOT regulations.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to manage work schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience operating vehicles requiring a CDL Class B license.
- Customer service experience, including resolving issues and maintaining communication.
- Proficiency in completing necessary paperwork accurately.
