We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Equipment Service Technician to join our team in Sharonville, OH. As an Equipment Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and quality operation of our equipment for our customers. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate equipment to customers and assist with loading/unloading
  • Manage the equipment yard layout for safety and efficiency
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure equipment is safe, clean, and operational
  • Evaluate equipment returned for fuel, hours, and general condition
  • Perform minor maintenance on equipment and work with mechanics for other repairs
  • Maintain a customer-first attitude and provide excellent service
  • Read and understand rental contracts
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred
  • Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Eye for detail and quality-conscious approach
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. with assistance
  • Ability to stand for long periods or entire shift
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
