Job Title: Dock and Door Service Technician

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a skilled Dock and Door Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers in the Cincinnati area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair dock and door equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilize welding skills to repair and maintain equipment.
  • Maintain a service van and its inventory to ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are available for each job.
  • Process paperwork upon completion of each job to ensure accurate records and timely billing.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school graduate preferred.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in welding and material handling equipment repair.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
