Job Title: Executive Director of Premium Hospitality

About the Role:

As a key member of the Levy team, the Executive Director of Premium Hospitality will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the company's hospitality standards. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain positive guest relationships through regular feedback and execution of show-quality standards
* Train and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
* Promote a positive work environment through hiring, team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels
* Maintain state, federal, and business compliance, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety, and sanitation standards
* Engage in financial goals of the operation with support from the General Manager
* Employ good safety and sanitation practices
* Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies
* Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner
* Execute inventory controls
* Ensure team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
* Execute all menu requirements and fulfill guest-specific service requests
* Ensure all function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly, efficiently, and expeditiously
* Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
* Ensure team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs
* Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members
* Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
* Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members
* Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelines
* Displays a positive attitude towards team members

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
* High level of computer literacy
* Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
