Job Summary

Sunoco LP is the largest wholesale fuel supplier in the U.S., supplying both branded and unbranded fuel to over 8,000 locations in North America. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze data on opportunities logged in Salesforce to identify key themes and opportunities to present to senior management and other internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor Salesforce process compliance for the business development team and produce reports to ensure process adherence.
  • Provide Salesforce support for larger opportunities and acquisitions to ensure timely and accurate management through process.
  • Support process for ensuring monthly forecasts for EBITDA and capital expenditures are accurate.
  • Provide support for special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, or related field
  • Detail oriented and meticulous about data accuracy across multiple systems
  • Experience with Excel (Intermediate/Advanced understanding preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Self-starter who excels in ambiguous and challenging problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
Working Conditions

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

1. Usually, normal office working conditions.

2. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

3. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

4. Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
