Phone Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Phone Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone. As a Phone Support Specialist, you will work closely with other teams to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to apply them in a real-world setting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials for evening and weekend hours. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Document customer interactions and update records as necessary
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on product knowledge and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
