Role Responsibilities

We are in search of dedicated Customer Relations professionals. To excel in this position, you should possess a genuine passion for assisting customers. Your mindset should always be, "How can I assist?" You will go the extra mile to ensure customers feel valued and appreciated, taking pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Provide outstanding communication to our clients via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, which will be assessed during the interview.
  • Demonstrate expertise in identifying and resolving customer concerns, knowing when to escalate issues to a supervisor if necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, representing the company positively.
  • Utilize departmental resources effectively while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries in authorized email queues.
  • Meet acceptable standards for call durations and email response times while remaining friendly, informative, and helpful.
  • Proactively seek solutions and identify trends related to customer inquiries.
  • Understand the urgency required for timely email responses and phone service levels.
  • This position requires onsite presence; remote work is not an option.

Position Details:

  • Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Training Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
