Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Senior Client Service Specialist at Beacon Pointe Advisors.

Role Summary
The Senior Client Service Specialist will become an integral part of a skilled team dedicated to wealth management and client service, addressing the investment management and financial planning requirements of affluent individuals, families, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, collaborating with investment professionals and support teams to ensure a tailored, high-quality service experience.
- Engage regularly with HNW clients and prospects through both verbal and written communication.
- Address routine to complex inquiries from HNW clients promptly.
- Participate in client meetings as directed by the assigned wealth advisor and contribute to relevant service discussions.
- Collaborate with clients, wealth advisory teams, and central operations to facilitate the establishment of new accounts, including general account setup and alternative subscription documentation.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, such as gathering account paperwork, monitoring setup through custodian partners, and leading welcome and training sessions for new clients.

Account Maintenance
- Request, execute, and confirm various account maintenance tasks, including deposits, cash disbursements, performance reporting, account closures, and other special requests as necessary.

Client File Management
- Maintain and update client records using internal systems, including Salesforce CRM and Tamarac portfolio management databases.

Team Collaboration
- Engage in team meetings and work alongside advisor and operations leadership on projects aimed at enhancing firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics preferred.
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Familiarity with Tamarac is advantageous.
