Job Title: Supervisor Front Desk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Front Desk to join our team at The Lodge in Sonoma. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide outstanding service.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest accounts, and cash handling.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a related role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.

Working Conditions:

This role requires prolonged standing, frequent communication with guests, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary: $26.78 per hour
