Job Title: Supervisor Front Desk

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Front Desk to join our team at Sage Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and a high level of hospitality.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest accounts, and cash handling.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest accounts and cash handling.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1 or more years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of hotel front office procedures and cash handling.

Working Conditions:

This role requires prolonged standing and frequent communication with guests and staff. The work environment is indoor, climate-controlled, and under fluorescent lighting.
