Job Summary

Auto Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling vehicles to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new and existing vehicle models, features, and technologies to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals and improve overall sales performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as processing sales contracts, handling customer paperwork, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a professional sales environment, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent standing, bending, and lifting, as well as occasional work in confined spaces.
